This forum was made by
Elemental Games for fans of their games. Registered
users agree to abide by these rules.
General regulations.
Besides reading messages registered user can:
•
create their own threads and messages,
• create
polls,
•
talk in chat,
•
rate other users,
•
join clans or create their own,
etc.
Forbidden:
1.
Offending other users. All users must
behave politely and treat others as
they would wish to be treated.
2. Spamming
and flaming.
Writing pointless messages or provoking conflicts. If
you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at
all.
3.
Use of obscenities. Using offensive language in messages, nicknames or
signatures.
4.
Posting in the wrong forum. Read the
titles and commentaries of each section of the forum
before creating a new thread. To keep the forum
organized and facilitate searches threads
must be created in the appropriate section.
5.
Duplicating topics. Look carefully before creating a new thread. The same topic
or an answer to your question may already be posted.
6.
Creating threads without descriptive titles.
The title of the thread must reflect the
topic of discussion. (Example: incorrect: "Problem!";
correct: "Problem with the diving quest").
7.
Offtopic posts. Writing messages which don't match the topic
assigned by the author. If you can't avoid it
mark your message as "Offtopic".
8.
Disputing moderator action. Carefuly consider
why the moderator took action.
Reread these rules and if you still disagree you
may write to the "Moderators' Council".
9.
Any discussion of unlicensed distribution and/or game copying..
This includes:
• how to hack the game,
• where
or how to get an unofficial version of the game,
• how to convert between russian and english versions of the game,
• any other information which
violates copyright laws,
• any other information
damaging to the developers,
10. Commercial advertising, spam, harmful
links, etc.
11. Violations of the
criminal and civil codes of your country
(moderators are guided by the laws adopted in the
Russian Federation).
Not recommended:
• Discussion of hacking SR and SR2
with trainers etc.
•
To quote large messages in their entirety. Quotes should be used
only to indicate which message you are answering.
Quote only the most relevant part of the
message.
Consequences:
Moderators will punish offenders for failure to observe these
rules. Sanctions include warnings,
shameful marks and bans. If the
number of shameful marks
is more than 3 the user will be banned.
Controversial situations:
Should a controversial situation arise,
the developers' opinion is indisputable. The developers
may ban any user, delete any message or thread
without explanation. Elemental Games reserves the right
to change these rules and this forum at their discretion.
Rules may be
enforced retroactively.
